David Pease, MBA - Managing Director
David Pease is Managing Director at Pease Capital Advisors. Prior to founding Pease Capital Advisors, David worked in corporate insurance consulting, with a specialty of mitigating risk during a transaction.
David’s role as Managing Director with Pease Capital Advisors includes directing the day to day operations and leading client relationships. He also plays a pivotal role in evaluating client opportunities, term sheet preparation, and negotiations.
David also serves as the COO for Pease, CPAs.
David attended Kent State University where he graduated with a B.B.A. in Business and Finance. David also attended Baldwin Wallace University where he received his M.B.A.
Brent Grover - Senior Advisor
Brent Grover joined Pease Capital Advisors as a Senior Advisor in August of 2018. As a Senior Advisor Brent is able to help guide Pease Capital Advisors as the firm continues to grow and brings to the table over forty-five years of experience within the accounting, distribution, and M&A industries.
From 2001 – 2018 Brent Grover was Founder and President of Evergreen Consulting, a boutique advisory firm helping companies in the wholesale distribution channel. Before founding Evergreen, Brent was CEO and co-owner of National Paper & Packaging Co., sold in 1999. The NAW Institute for Distribution Excellence (formerly DREF), of which Brent is a Research Fellow, has published 8 of his books. Brent has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Case Weatherhead School of Management. Brent serves as a Board Member of several prominent distribution and manufacturing companies. Prior to his career within the distribution industry, Brent worked at Arthur Andersen & Co. Brent received the Elijah Watt Sells Award for placing second in Ohio and in the top 50 nationally on the Uniform CPA Examination.
Brent received his B.A. in Economics at Northwestern University and has a B.S. in Management from Case Western Reserve University – Weatherhead School of Management.
Zach Filips - Analyst
In Zach’s role he conducts industry research to identify targets on the buy and sell side. Zach also plays a key role in outreach and cultivating interest amongst identified targets. Zach started his early career in the Executive Search industry where he gained exposure to a multitude of industries. This equipped him with the knowledge to understand the nuances between potential targets and to identify which are most viable.
Zach graduated with a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Kenyon College.
